• Boseman and Thomas named CBA Players of the Week

  
  

  Boise, ID (Sports Network) - Rockford Lightning guard Stais Boseman and Dakota Wizards guard Billy Thomas were named Eastern and Western Conference Players of the Week, respectively, for games played Sunday, December 12 through Saturday, December 18.

  Boseman averaged 21.5 points and 9.5 assists per game last week, leading Rockford to a 2-0 record for first place in the Eastern Conference. On the season, Boseman is averaging 20.5 points and 5.9 assists per contest.

  Thomas helped the Wizards into first place in the West, posting 27.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game.

  Other players receiving consideration were Gary's Jemeil Rich, Michigan's Charles Gaines and Idaho's Britton Johnsen.
